As a third-generation funeral director with eight years of industry experience, Colin understands the operational realities, commercial challenges, and opportunities facing funeral businesses. This practical industry knowledge, combined with expertise in forecasting and analytics, led to the development of Funeral Insights; CBM Consulting's flagship market intelligence platform for the funeral industry.
